Anna’s Ghost Walk entails a stroll through some of Charleston’s oldest neighborhoods with houses and buildings dating back to the 1700’s. During this tour you will hear stories of the city’s most infamous apparitions and the latest sightings. Find out why a deceased doctor can be heard whistling up and down Church Street. Help resolve the mystery of Theodosia Burr Alston’s disappearance off the North Carolina Coast; you may be the one to uncover what happened to the Vice President’s daughter. Perhaps you are more interested in learning how Heinrick Ryngo got the title “Doctor of the Dead” or how a mother knew the exact moment of her son’s death.
Anna Taylor Blythe, of Anna’s Ghost Walk and Anna’s House and Garden Walking Tour, is a distinguished authority on paranormal activity in Charleston. She has written and published a book, "Told to Me Stories" which is available at the Historic Charleston Foundation.
